I am from Buffalo area and was in Batavia area for the day. I stopped in to get my wedding band fixed. I ended up getting an appraisal and some other things done because they were so knowledgeable and nice! Not to mention you couldn't beat their prices. I was ... shocked when they total me the total amount. I love that this store is family operated. I felt very comfortable when I was browsing and waiting for my ring.
